I've been working on Zoe's Christmas dress. It's taking me forever, because I'm stumbling through unknown sewing territory.
I've got the bodice finished, but before I go to the trouble of cutting out and sewing on the skirt I want to know what you ladies think. The skirt will be the same color as the bodice.
Patrick thinks the space between the neck and the sleeves is too small, but "might work".
Huh? She's small. It's proportional? I think it looks fine. In fact I particularly like how you did the cap sleeves. I went back to double check and even after staring at the neck/sleeve spacing I still have no problems with it and really like it.

Okay, thanks ladies. The color is a huge part of why I wanted to make her dress. I wanted something blue, because blue looks so good on her, but I wasn't finding exactly what I wanted while shopping.
I dabble in sewing once in a while and this bodice looks perfect. I think the dress is going to be amazing and I cannot wait to see the finished product!
