Amazon price adjustment policy

What is amazon's price adjustment policy?  I really thought if the price drops within 30 days, they will refund the difference. 

I just contacted them and I was told 7 days from the time the item was delivered.  Is this right?

I think it is 7 days but that may be new. I only found out about it recently when they sent me a refund.

I'm guessing that if they told you 7 days then it is 7 days. Amazon would know their policy better than we would.

They may have changed it recently. I used to only hear good things about their customer service but as of late I have been hearing a lot of complaints.

FWIW a few years ago they wouldn't do price adjustments at all. I think it's great that they are doing them now.
