Autumn and Kiko (File: FOX Carolina)GREENVILLE, SC (FOX Carolina) - The Greenville Zoo is currently doing testing to determine if their giraffe is pregnant, zoo director Jeff Bullock told FOX Carolina.
Bullock said they are in the 30-day testing process to determine if Autumn is pregnant with her second calf.
He said they are currently taking samples for hormone testing, which should be able to determine how far along she may be - if she is pregnant.
Bullock said they hope to know by sometime in January if Autumn is pregnant or not.
Autumn gave birth to her first calf, Kiko, in October of 2012.

Which is worse, do you think? The gestation period or the fact that something 6 feet tall comes out at the end?
No matter how old I may get, I shall never forget watching that poor thing's tail arch, and straining myself subconsciously trying to push it out shove it out waaaaay out with her.
