I ordered 11 items for presents on 12/2 using Kohl's cash and taking advantage of their Cyber Monday deals. 4 items have shipped. 7 have not. I called on 12/6 to see if they could give me any info. as my bank has the remaining purchase after kohls cash amount of $10.60 pending, but they have a policy to reject purchases if they are not completed from pending after 7 business days. I was told 12/6 they would all ship by that afternoon.
Nope, nada. I call again today after looking up the items that haven't shipped and finding they are all out of stock. They are holding the damn order for another who knows how long to make sure they are really out of stock before they refund my account the kohls cash and drop the pending bank charge. Assholes.
And! And now they are telling me that my kohls cash cannot be used again. Fuck them.
ETS: the cash expired 12/9, but they said they are refunding it to my account. Great! Except they said it expired.
My order i placed on Cyber Monday is still listed as 'in fulfillment'. The kohls cash that is supposed to come with the order is supposedly only good until tomorrow too. The stuff I ordered is for a Christmas party THIS weekend. When I placed the order, it said guaranteed by 12/12.
Their facebook page is blowing up. People are furious. Which is to be expected. I placed multiple other orders at different retailers that day, and I've received all of my other items. Kohls dropped the ball big time on this.
I also received the rest of my orders from other retailers.
i am especially pissed nobody informed me anywhere the items are out of stock. These are for our "adopted" angel family. No way can I get the same things for near what I paid last week.
Same vent here . Ordered a ton of stuff cyber Monday - about 2/3 has come in. I'm still waiting on something I had purchased for a Yankee swap party this Friday night. Hope it gets here on time !

I ordered an art easel, 2 sets of pyrex dishes, a pair of gym shorts, and a pair of leggings on kohls.com on Black Friday. I received the easel like 3 days later. The leggings and shorts came in the mail last Thursday and I've yet to receive the pyrex dishes. Still in fulfillment.
Not a huge deal, but I'd really like those pyrex dishes This was the first time I've ever ordered online from them.
You should have received an email explaining delays due to weather. I am waiting on a few items from an order and got an apology email.
And you can use expired cash in store. Do it all the time.
I haven't received an email at all from Kohls.
And the store accepting expired cash depends on the manager of the store. My local Kohls will not accept expired cash, but if I drive an hour to one, they will accept it up to 30 days after the expiration date.
Are you sure your kohls cash didn't come in an email? That's how I got mine for my online order.
And yeah, their shipping sucks.

Same here but I ordered a week before Thanksgiving...I finally received partial shipment about a week and a half later and one of the dresses I ordered DD told me they were out of stock AFTER I placed the damn order. Between them and Walmart "losing" my ship to store item I've had it with retailers this year.
I ordered the Monday prior to Thanksgiving, and received partial shipment. The second package was marked as return to sender by UPS on the day it was supposed to be delivered due to "too many tracking numbers".
This is the third issue I've had with Kohls this year. Once they either reship this product (at the same price I had originally paid) or cancel my order, I am canceling my Kohls charge. I'm done with Kohls.

I made this mistake with a second order. There is no way I am getting them in time for the Dec. 16th deadline.
I just got off the phone with them and was told they cancelled the order on 12/6. Ummm, no. It was not. I have spoken to 4 reps since then. They are looking into it and will call back.
I've never had a big issue ordering from Kohls online but I've heard about a LOT of stuff lately from them. Seems like they are overwhelmed from the Black Friday frenzy, which IMO is pretty unacceptable to still be happening.

Oh, i absolutely think she was lying about calling back. I get it with the weather for some orders being delayed. I get it that its busy. But, wouldnt they look at the volume of orders, calls and complaints and DO something? Gah, i hate them.

I keep getting emails from them saying my order has "changed" but it is not at all obvious what has changed. You have to scour the email to figure out that they've changed quantities from 1 to 0, meaning they cancelled that part of my order. So annoying.

I put in two orders the day after Thanksgiving about three hours apart from each other. I got one last week. The other is MIA because of the weather. The last status says it was in Denver three days ago with no update of when it will be delivered, and I need it for the families we adopted at work.
I am furious about Khols right now. Matter of fact, I will never order from them again. Apparently there were 2 days that Khols wasn't giving out Khols cash. (WTF!!!!!) Of course, I spent over $200 on Christmas gifts on 12/2 thinking that I would get $40 in KCash. Fast forward to 2 weeks later and I called their CS line to find out where my KCash was. "Oh, sorry Maam, we werent giving out KCash that day."
ON CYBER FUCKING MONDAY? Are you for real? I then tried to cancel my order because it had been "pending" for 2 weeks and he said you can only cancel an order within 1hr of placing it.
Well guess what was in my inbox this morning? A tracking number. FUCK YOU KHOLS!!
I just got my Cyber Monday order yesterday from Kohls. I just figured it was because their was so many orders they got backed up, I didn't realize they were always awful.

they suck. i ordered from them on BF and they shipped everything except one thing, which was listed as being in the package. i called customer service, who said they'd refund my card. that was over a week ago. i'm fairly sure it doesn't take 7+ business days to refund me. so i emailed them and their "we'll respond in 48 hours" bullshit IS A LIE.
