There should be some sort of fund set up where everyone can contribute a bit and the unfortunate person who didnt get a gift ends up with the best gift of all. Also I'm kinda judging someone who says they don't have enough money to get home for the holidays but joins a Secret Santa on an Internet forum of people they don't really like. Just don't sign up if you don't want to participate!
I was farmvillelover's MMM secret Santa, and she was super fun to shop for. If her SS for MM doesn't come through, I'd be happy to contribute to send her something!
I would be willing to send something fun to farmvillelover. It makes me sad because I think she posted that she doesn't get many gifts and was excited get something from her SS.

Ditto. I was her son's SS and I had so much fun shopping for Noah. I would love to send her something else.
I looked through all 11 pages of posts in the SS thread, and no one thanks bliss for their gift, but she thanked takeonyou for her gift. So it seems like it was bliss.
Am I the only one wondering why she was allowed to sign up?
Flame away, but given her history I would have assumed she couldn't afford it.
I don't think it should be on the organizers-again, she needs to have some personal accountability. If you have been on here posting about how you have no money, and you're trying to sucker other nesties into giving you money because you can't go home for Christmas-DONT SIGN UP FOR A GIFT EXCHANGE!
You all are right it was Bliss. I've messaged her through here and her email. She met the criteria of 500+ posts so I let her participate. I was also wondering why she would sign up if she was having money trouble.
She claimed not too long ago that she barely has money to eat (the fact that she was also bragging about a shopping trip in the very same thread notwithstanding).
