Started bleeding this morning and passing clots. Which is scary even when you expect it. Sitting at the doctors office on the monitor right now, but I am 4/90. I am sure I will be heading to the hospital soon. I don't know if I will go in later or now, I would feel better with the random bleeding to just go ahead and go. And yeah, I do this for a living but I still didn't know what to do when it was me and freaked out. Lol
No, no c/s. Unless something goes wrong. The placenta is out of the way, but some bleeding with dilation was expected. They are sending me to the hospital, and will monitor and probably augment later. I think he is hoping to keep me pregnant until after office hours. Lol
That sounds scary, even with the knowledge of exactly what's going on and why. Hang in there and fingers crossed for a smooth delivery!
This sometimes makes it worse; at least for me. Not that I know about childbirth - but when we see patients for various conditions, and then I have a similar symptom, i'm all "OMG I have _____________"

Campbell Elizabeth was born on 1/9/14 at 1834 after like 15 minutes of pushing. She weighed 6 lb and 4 oz, a full pound and a half smaller than her sister. She has so much hair, and big sister thinks she is awesome. After the nightmare of a first delivery, this one could have not gone more perfect. Easy, fast, just a small first degree tear, and I feel great so far. We might try to go home today instead of staying two full nights. I want my bed and my kitchen. Lol
And I am going to post what I think is a really cool picture, I am sorry if it freaks anyone out. She was born in one of her amniotic sacks, apparently she had a few and my AFI was 18 before delivery. Sorry if this grosses anyone out.
She had a tight nuchal (umbilical) cord, but thankfully we didn't see the effects of it until right at the end of pushing, so I had to wear oxygen for about five minutes.
