It is a great movie. A classic singing beautifully done Disney.
But I would feel dirty watching that link for some reason. DD has seen it twice. Plus she got a crap ton of Frozen toys including Elsa's dress for Christmas.
Ok so what you're telling me is I should go see Frozen with my 4.5 year old this weekend??
yes! I took my 3.5 year old (first time at the movies). She loved it and did so good. I would say this is one cartoon that is worth the costs of 2 admission tickets.

Yes! We took our girls (3.5 and 2) and they LOVED it. We watch video clips from it every night before bed. H and I really enjoyed it, too. So much that we're planning on going to see it again this weekend...with the girls.
i am always amazed by the disney-animated-movie-love by adults, in general.
I was just thinking this morning on my commute, as I listened to the soundtrack, that maybe I've regressed back to circa 7th grade nahoku. I loved Aladdin, The Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast growing up, the movies and the music. But it's fun to have that experience with my kids now and see them love movies like Frozen.
Also, there are a lot of crappy kids movies and TV shows out there. When I see one that has a good plot, characters, music and is clever and cute - I usually like it as much as the kids. A good movie is a good movie!
I watched it yesterday while sick. It was cute - but not all that
I didn't love it the first time, but did the second. We've seen it three times now, Jax sings the songs and at the end he goes up to the front of the theater and has a dance party.

Yeah, I thought it was cute the first time I watched it, but I didn't LOVE it. After seeing it again, and listening to the soundtrack a lot, it's become one of my favorite Disney movies. I want to watch it more often than DD does lol.
Why does it have to be classified as just "for children"? Because it's animated? Or because it's by Disney?
Animated. Rated G. Marketed to children. Don't get me wrong, I loved Finding Nemo so I don't think adults are forbidden from enjoying Disney movies, I just keep hearing over and over how much adults (mostly moms) love it. I'll probably check it out once its on red box!
It is actually rated PG...I noticed while we were watching the previews on youtube for the gazillionth time.
I saw someone link to it on Instagram this weekend. At first I was really excited and wanted to tell all my friends about it. Timing worked out perfectly since my 5-year-old was stuck in bed with the stomach flu Sunday night. I also justified it to myself by noting how much we've already invested in the film, between multiple trips to the theater, soundtrack and dress-up dress purchases, DVD pre-order, etc. Then I saw someone from Disney Animation comment on Instagram that they were sad to see people sharing it so freely because they worked so hard on the film. Then I felt bad.

So, I'm conflicted.
Not that you shouldn't feel conflicted, but these guys already got paid. As far as I know, the animators don't get residuals. And this doesn't mean it's legal or ok to watch, I was just pointing this out.
