How many days out of the month do you and/or your SO travel

Me, very very very rarely.

DH is gone maybe 2 weeks of the month, sometimes three.

It varies. At Open Enrollment, I can be gone for weeks at a time (home on weekends). During a normal stretch, I might travel once every couple of months for 2-3 days a pop.

H has traveled twice so far for his new job, which he started in early December, so he's averaging a trip a month.

Between the months of January and May, DH travels twice a month, on average. His trips are usually 3-5 days. The other months are his company's busy months, so he doesn't have time to travel.

DH: Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday pretty much every week. He travels about 50 weeks out of the year. Almost always for at least 2 nights.

I'm a SAHM, so I'm always home. It depends on the month for my H, but I've hardly seen him this month. He was home for New Years and then he was home last weekend. He will be in-town next week, but then gone for a few weeks after that. It's getting old.

Dh is typically gone 2 nights a week. I love that he can drive to his well sites now. So much better!

At his previous job he pretty much worked a rotation of one week out of state, one week home, but still going to the office.

Me, none. H typically travels every other month for 1-3 days but he's able to control his travel and do as much or as little as he wants.

I'd say H usually travels about 50% of the time.

DH hasn't traveled in this job except for one overnight trip. I don't expect that to change much. I travel about 5-6 times a year for 3-5 days. I hate it. Most people think I want the break from the kids, but that wears off after a day and then I just want my hugs and kisses.

DH: A few times a year, usually just for 2-3 days, but has a 3 week long trip to India coming up.

DH: Very rarely. It's not part of his job but he has gone on a few out of town conferences or training seminars. Once a year max. He works at the corporate head office so if he needs to meet with someone from out of town they would come here.

I probably travel once or twice a month. Sometimes more and sometimes less. DH rarely has to travel. Maybe twice a year?

Neither of us travel for work. Sometimes I wish one of us did so we could both get some "me" time occasionally! I may travel to Canada this year a couple times. Not sure yet.

On average, H is gone 10 days a month. But some months he is gone 4 weeks M-F back to back and other months he is home the whole time.

I only have to travel once a quarter, maybe twice. So on average only 1-2 days a month.

H - too fucking much. I guess if I average it out it's only like 6 days a month, but we're about to enter his busy season which will be him gone about half the month. And a lot of his travel is on the weekend, which sucks balls.

Before child, DH and I would be out of town for months on end for work. Now, I SAH and DH is all over the place. Sometimes he's home for months and sometimes he's out of town for months on end.

It really depends on GM and their training schedule. When we first got together, we went to Dallas about 3 times a year for his training. We haven't been in about...2 years?

DH is gone for 31 days, home for 26. It is really supposed to be 28 & 28 but with travel it really works more like that.

I rarely travel but if I do it is for 5 days at a time.

My travel varies from month to month. I haven't traveled since October but I'll be in DC next week for 5 days and two weeks after that I'll be back in DC for two days. I have work trips scheduled for Feb., March, May, and July so far this year.

DH is retired.

Well, I may hit up one OOT conference per year that requires an overnight stay, but that's it and it doesn't happen yearly.

I travel minimum one work week every two months, sometimes every month. Occasionally it will be two trips in one month.

DH travels about a third of the year total, sometimes he's home a month straight, sometimes gone that long, or in between.

ETA: I forgot last year was different with the baby and DH skipped some stuff.   It's probably closer to half the year for him, depending on what operations come up.
