Thanks guys! I ordered a pair for my little guy. They'll be great for late summer when he should be just starting to cruise around. My kids officially have way more pairs of styling shoes than I do
Thanks! My kiddos feet are much bigger (as they should be @3), but I was able to get 11s in hot pink for $28. I had looked but was too late for Zulily, so this is great.
Can I ask what's so awesome about Keens? Is it that they're so adjustable?
Their shoes are incredibly durable. I have three pairs: Snow boots, hiking shoes, and casual house project/gardening shoes. All were bought in '08-'09, and all are still in excellent shape. They're not exactly cute, but they're functional and comfortable.
I specifically want the Newports for E because they're daycare-approved hot-weather shoes.

Thank you. Good to know. I got myself a pair of Keen snow boots on clearance a couple months ago and they seem so...clunky for a little person, even scaled down. So far they still wear thin soled shoes because that's typically what I wear (Vibrams for me whenever possible, Tommy Tickle cruzers on them), but I'm sure I'll need to put them in "real" shoes when it starts getting warmer.
I agree they can be a bit clunky. I wouldn't put E in them right now, because he's still a clumsy walker, but I think by this summer he'll be proficient enough to handle them well. I hope.
So those size 5s I bought from the warehouse showed up today. Cute color and great price but they're size 4s, not 5s. I already have size 4 Keens for her for the summer. Wondering what Amazon will do.

No! That sucks. At the very least, they'll let you return for free. At most, they may tell you to keep them and refund your money.

So she's currently in a size 5 Columbia "trail runner" kind of shoe, which is a little too big. Her size 4 Tom's are too small. She won't be able to wear sandles until July or so. A size 6 is a safe bet, right?
Well, I got mine yesterday thanks to this post but I totally messed up -- I ordered off of the pictures and didn't read the description. Got "blue camo" because it looked like a cute purple color. Nope, those are boy shoes. So I'm doing an even exchange with Amazon for a pink pair. Was trying to avoid pink, but for $18, she can wear them.

Those cute striped ones? Do you want to sell?
Sorry They ended up just refunding the price. Since I got them for free I'll just keep them and she'll have two size 4s to wear this summer.

For $18, what makes blue camo worse than pink?
It doesn't match her wardrobe! And for $0, Amazon will throw a girl a bone and switch them out.
