Food is such a struggle for me lately. I need to get motivated to track what I eat on MFP...but it is so much harder to do here than in the U.S. And finding food that is actually satisfying and doesn't leave me wanting snacks an hour later is a battle. I honestly do better when we eat out or order take out because the food is so much better.
The snacking has been KILLING me. Part of my problem is H doesn't get home until 8pm often. I've been waiting for him to eat, bc that's part of 'our time' is dinner, but I go crazy at around 5pm and eat anything I can find.
I'd be doing the same, well I am doing the same only we eat around 6:30 or 7. Oops. I'd probably scarf a whole other meal if I had to wait until 8. Can you eat a later lunch and have a planned snack between breakfast and lunch? Or have a planned snack with some protein when you get hungry at 5pm? Good luck, I hope we can both eat better this week
I'm up 2 pounds. Period + Saturday night pizza and wine lead me to Sunday fry up...
I definitely need a month added as all in all, I have lost nothing from the start it seems some of it may be due to my blood pressure medication so I'm going to chat wit my gp about switching.
I'm down 1! Whoop woop! Baby steps over here hahaha.
I am totally on board with extending this. It's been great knowing I'll be held accountable each week. And many thanks to tricky bob for keeping track for us!
Marle I don't mind, I already have all the names and I go through the thread and put the new weights in as the week goes along, whenever I feel like doing some here and there until they are all added. I also just joined the gym (and went this morning!) so I'm absolutely game for keeping this going.
I'm skipping this week because I was in Vegas most of last week and have my period this week. I want to let my body get regulated a bit before I weigh in again. I would definitely like to keep the challenge going another month, though.

I think I forgot to weigh in last week. Stupid work life being busy. It's making the losing weight thing harder because I'm a stress eater. I'm all for extending it another month. My "busy season" will be over in 3 weeks.
I'm down 4 lbs total. I try to weigh myself a couple times a week, but it fluctuates so much that I can never remember what my last weigh-in post was.
