When I get home from the gym M-Th, so usually between 7-8. Friday is almost always as soon as I get home from work between 5:30-6. Saturday I eat early with my sister at 4 and Sunday is a crapshoot because I'm alone.

around 7 after L is asleep. I start dinner at 630 when h is putting her to bed.
