I'm not a fan of Robin Givens, but her costumes in the movie "Boomerang" were very pretty. If I have $ to get custom-made clothing, these would top my list:
And Bridget Fonda in Single White Female
ETA: I just realized I posted this in the wrong board...oops. Hello, ML!
I don't know that I've ever been inspired to dress a certain way, mainly due to lack caring and lack of funds, but I think the clothes Anne Hathaway wears in The Devil Wears Prada are stunning. She has some fantastic outfits in that movie.

That's true! I also loved her bangs in that movie.

This makes me such a cliche, and I'm sure the whole thing was a stylistic stab at "purity" but I really dug it. Monochrome, pastel, and an all white outfit. I can still remember battling with my mom to wear two shades of white out of the house. I never saw anyone do that til this movie...but then I did it! lol @ myself. I'm still a minimalist in the way that I dress. And I've never looked back after discovering brown hairties.
Reruns from the 60s when women were so fabulously put together, and cocktails were free flowing. For instance, I (heart) Lisa from Green Acres, Jeannie when she's wearing regular clothes, Laura from The Dick van Dyke show (if I ever start wearing pants, they will be of the sleek cigarette sort), and many other 60s looks.
Can't argue with that. Jackie O, Diana Ross, Audrey H, Brigitte B, and Candice Bergen, Racquel W, Mia F among my favorites. But I'm surprised to not see Barbara Streisand on that list.

I also love white/light outfits, but they are def. hard to maintain. I had a handful of white sundresses that only lasted one summer.
