I felt them for sure at 19 weeks, but in hindsight I'm sure I felt them sooner and just assumed it was gas. I've heard that with the second you feel them sooner because you can identify what they are.
I definitely knew it was her because I hadn't felt anything like that before. Now I know what times I usually feel her. It's fun to see what makes her more active.

I specifically remember saying at my anatomy scan (19w2d) that it was weird to see the baby moving around but not feeling it yet. I looked back at some pictures and blogs I wrote and saw that by 23 weeks, I saw seeing my belly move so somewhere in between there I was feeling flutters. I wish I would have documented that part better. For a while, I was sure it was just gas bubbles but it might have been small movement.
I swear I know it's too early and I often wonder if I am imaging them. So really when do they really start.
When the doctor asked me at 16 weeks if I was feeling the baby, my answer was maybe. She said that is totally normal for a first time mom. Now at 26 weeks, I have flutters, kicks, punches, somersaults and rollovers. Baby is making my stomach an amusement ride.

I'm still not sure if I've felt her. There have been a couple times that seems plausible or was gas, who knows. At my a/s last week they were all surprised as she was moving all over in there, but hopefully soon I'll know for sure! (I'm 20w, 3 days)

It was right between 16-17 weeks that I felt my first flutter last time. I remember because I was driving to work after my 16 week OB appointment and had just told my doctor that I hadn't felt any movement yet. Then there it was! I'm really looking forward to that part this time; feeling movement is just about the only part of pregnancy I enjoy.
Within the last week I've been noticing more movement (I'm 18w5d). There have only been a few times where I felt a thump that I was sure was the baby. Most of the time, it's a weird feeling that I could easily pass off as digestion related if I weren't tuned in.
I'm 18.5 weeks now, and have been feeling bubbly for the past week or so. I'm pretty sure it's the baby, but there's also a chance that I'm just hyper-aware of my digestion/gas.
not until 21 weeks for sure, thanks anterior placenta. but they quickly went from taps/bubbles to full on kicks and thumps. i never got any 'flutters' at all.
I'm 19 weeks and still haven't felt any. I am overweight so maybe that has something to do with it, but you people aren't making me feel better at all.
