I'm really tired, have a lot of work to do at home (alterations) but not a lot of stuff to do at work (the university). I hate unbalanced days like this.
My allergies are trying to kick up. My ears and throat were itchy when I woke up this morning. I took Claritin, but it hasn't completely knocked it out.
I need to make a list of everything that needs to be done before our trip.

It's that time of year, isn't it! Mine are doing the same. So sorry
HoneySpider - Bumps on the ear make my looney. Can't stand it.
Selling a house and waiting on phone calls seems is not fun......
MrsMB it feels like forever when you are waiting on house phone calls is the WORST. I seriously have never been as impatient as I was when buying my house. Add selling into the mix and it is even harder.
Not much for me today. I am looking forward to a relaxing evening tonight full of good TV and hamburgers!

I upgraded to Allegra this past fall because Claritin stopped working for me. It seems like my Allegra isn't knocking out my symptoms either because I've had hives most of the week. I have to see if my doctor has samples of Zyrtec for me to try because the last time I tried it a few years ago it knocked me on my ass. But my current meds don't seem to be helping much.

Oh god, I sneezed like 14 times this morning, tacocat. I feel ya. Mine have been OK the past couple years, but itchy eyes this early in the season can't be good. The gelcap Zyrtec's are GREAT....if you can get your hands on a few of those to try, I'd rec them.
MrsMB congrats on the pending new place! House buying was top 3 most stressful things I have ever done...not looking forward to selling when the time comes!
I'm sick of this pseudo spring we are having and am planning our 1 year / my 30th vaca to FL today!

I'm glad you guys are talking about sneezing and itchy eyes being allergy symptoms! I've been sneezy in the mornings and itchy in the evenings this week, and I thought it might be allergies but wasn't sure.
I locked myself and DS out of the house today. My car keys and house keys were lying on his bed. Luckily DH was coming home early and it is a sunny day so we went to the park for an hour.
I just have more of the same unpacking to do. I'm starting to lose my enthusiasm, probably because I'm so tired. The last week straight of packing, moving, organizing, and unpacking is starting to catch up with me.Tonight I have yoga, though, which should be lots of fun
Alright, my allergy peeps. Netipot: Who uses it in here?
I swear by mine.
My mom swears by hers too. She tries every year to get me to use one (she even bought one and sent it to me). I can't get over those articles about unwashed ones causing killer amoebas or something. Haha. Totally irrational, I know.
katiek- enjoy yoga tonight! I'm so glad you and your DH had a nice date night too!
MrsMB- selling a house is hard. We also did the whole buy and sell at the same time. I'm so glad that we plan on staying in our new home for at least 20 years so we don't have to worry about doing that again anytime soon! Wishing you all the best today...praying you receive your phone calls soon!
I bought new tires from Costco a few months ago. Whenever it gets warm/hot outside, my tire pressure sensor light comes on. This happened again yesterday and scared me while on the freeway so I am going to take the car in when they open and get it fixed (and get my tires rotated while I'm there).
I need to bite the bullet and make my OB appointments today too.
Looking foward to this work day being over and hanging out with my friend and her DD!

luv2rn4fun omg that tire sensor light drove me CRAZY all winter. I had something like 4 flats because of this winter and the potholes. One of the times my light came on, it was just the cap sensor or something equally as minimal as that...fixed it in like 5 min! I guess sometimes they get worn and warped and not replaced when you get new tires. Hopefully that is all it is!

Yes, it's driving me crazy...especially when it only comes on while I'm on the freeway (not the safest place to pull over!). They had to do something special when I bought the tires (something with the computer for the sensor...I have a Subaru and I guess there's something unique about it). I'm guessing they didn't do it right and need to make an adjustment. Or it's because they were installed when it was really cold (at least for here) and that's why it comes on when it's hot (something to do with change in temp, etc). I'm hoping they can fix it because one of these days I will actually have a flat tire and not pull over until it's too late.
Oh man, I'm sorry MrsMB! I hope awesome new buyers show up soon!
Thank you. They're calling the agent back from the couple who was in the bidding war with our current buyers to see if they are still interested. I'm nervous because I know they needed a house quickly. I hope they are still available.
If not, we have to go back on the market...I'm sure they can try to get us a closing extension on our new home....but omg...I'm so scared right now.
I can't shut my door and cry because Joint Commission is here.
So, so many ((hugs)) and prayers MrsMB I hope that the other offer comes through and you guys don't lose too much time. We had the same thing happen...the comp did not come in high enough and she backed out (even though she had verbally agreed to make up the difference because she wanted it so badly). Ultimately, we ended up back in escrow with the same buyer but losing out on about $5k (but we still got way more out of the house than we ever thought possible). It did work out in the end and I'm praying that the same happens for you and your DH!
MrsMB I am sorry the buyers backed out. That SUUUUUCKS!
I do use something similar to a neti pot but it is called a sinus rinse and it is AMAZING!!! It is a little easier to use than a neti pot but is the same idea.

I use the sinus rinse too (when I have a cold or allergies act up) and love it!
