IHO of my birthday on Monday, I am bringing cupcakes into work. I have narrowed down my favorites to two, but I just cannot decide which to make.

Option #1: Chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting

Option 2: Vanilla cupcakes with salted caramel frosting

They both sound delicious, and I'm sure your office would be delighted to have either. If I had to chose, I would chose B. Frosting aside, I always prefer vanilla cake to chocolate (just cake, I LOVE chocolate in general). I've had a major soft spot for salted caramel anything lately, so I would be all over those cupcakes. Yum yum yum!
