What are you looking forward to this week?
1. The meeting I was going to have last week about the job I want got pushed back to Tuesday. Hoping to nail it. 2. Having lots of people over Saturday night for my 30th! We are doing a Mexican Fiesta. Hoping for nice weather. 3. My bday is actually Sunday, but that's Easter. I want to come up with something for H and I to do since we don't have family around.
Good luck with your meeting! And a birthday weekend, wohoo!
We are back from our Disney vacation and it was absolutely wonderful. Back to the real world today. I am looking forward to a four day week and hopefully surviving a busy work week for me.
wanderingenough Good luck with your meeting!! FX! And yay birthday weekend! zarapipe Yay for an awesome vacation! I hope the rest of your week goes fast.
1. DH has a meeting with the president of his company today. He is going to voice his concerns with some things at work and see what happens. This is all part of him deciding if he wants to stay with this company or move on somewhere else.
I guess that is it until the weekend. Nothing else exciting at least.
1. We're leaving for our trip Saturday! 2. In preparation for the trip I'm getting a pedicure and my hair done this week. 3. I'm only in the office three days this week.
1. We are going camping for the Easter weekend. With my parents and some friends of the family. (We will be celebrating Easter the weekend after)
2. We are having a fence put in this week sometime and I am excited that I will be able to start my gardening soon. (Fence is around garden area so the pup doesn't eat my plants.
1. Spending time with DH. We had a wonderful but very busy weekend so I am looking forward to some snuggles in front of the TV. 2. The weather is supposed to be pretty nice except for 1/2 days I am looking forward to enjoying the weather/taking my dog for walks. 3. Macaroni and cheese LOL! I made really good mac and cheese last week and plan to make it again this week and am really excited.
I am officially in the 2nd Tri. I have my NT Scan on Thursday. My mom is supposed to be coming for Easter. Easter dinner is my favorite and I hope I get some potato salad.
What are you planting in your garden awick14? Or should I just go read the gardening thread
Not much going on this week. Looking forward to Saturday because I DON'T have a long run planned for the first time in months. Going to use my fresh legs to run lots of errands instead and work in the yard.
ewall We're going on a road trip to see baseball games. We're going to Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Detroit, Chicago(two games), and St. Louis. Six games in seven days!

Looking forward to being back under contract on our house today. One of the offers we had previously turned down came back and said they were still interested. They came up to a reasonable amount. We sent them a counter they've already verbally agreed to over the weekend. Crossing my fingers we get that quickly signed so we can be back under contract today. They want to close on the 30th so we wouldn't need an extension on our new home.
awick14 there are always good stories, haha. I guess that comes with FIL having 12 brothers and sisters and MIL having 2 sisters (and a brother). MIL's side gets gossipy and holds a lot of grudges and I'm waiting for it all to blow up one day!
bricco- Praying you get to meet your baby this week! Enjoy your pedicure and day of relaxing!
MrsMB- Praying you are back under contract and this one follows through!
tacocat- Your road trip sounds like a blast! Enjoy!!
melsamoony- Now I want mac and cheese too! Yum!! Hope you get so enjoy some relaxing time and snuggles with your DH this week!
mrssandro- So, so excited that you are in 2nd tri now!!! Cannot wait to hear an awesome update on Thursday!!
awick14- Yay for camping! Sounds like the perfect way to spend Easter!
estrellita- Hope you enjoy your time with your family this weekend!
ewall- did I miss your update? How were your beta results?
1. Easter and going to church with DH and hopefully my mom and her boyfriend (if my mom feels okay after having a procedure done on Friday) 2. Working from home a couple days this week 3. Friday!! Taking the day off! 4. Seeing my friend and her DD tomorrow 5. My therapy appointment on Weds- the first tri anxiety has started creeping in and I'm hoping she can help alleviate my nerves.
luv2rn4fun just heard back! (I didn't bother hanging around the lab for a hour yesterday) It was 36 on Friday and 94 on Sunday - on track so far. I have 2 more betas this week, then assuming everything continues on track, ultrasound next Thursday. Progesterone was good so no worries there although I will continue to supplement.
I'm trying to relax. Good luck at your therapy appt - I hope it helps!

ewall- YAY!!! So, so happy to hear this update! Congrats on awesome numbers! How far along are you?
jjwritergirl- I'm feeling good! My main symptoms are sore boobs, tired all the time, and hungry (and asthma...this happened with my first pregnancy as well. I'm slowly getting it under control). Other than that, I really don't feel pregnant. Just trying to relax and remind myself that my numbers looked awesome and that this is our take home baby!! I will feel much better when we have our appointment next week (although I will only be 6 weeks and the chances of seeing the heartbeat are pretty low so most likely only going to be able to measure the sac). Congrats on your new bra!!! I vote for getting a whole new stash!
luv2rn4fun today is 14 DPO so that puts me at 4 weeks. Like I said the other day, very early! But my RE said to test on CD 32 (last Thursday) so I did as I was told.

Congrats!! Your numbers are looking good! And talk about a Christmas baby!!! So, so excited for you! Wishing you a VERY happy and healthy 9 months!!! Grow, baby, grow!
1. DH, SIL and BIL are going wine tasting on Friday. SIL and BIL haven't gone with us in a long time and we always used to have a blast so I am really looking forward to it.
2. looking forward to Easter. I love cooking a big meal. My mom's birthday is this week so I am going to surprise her with a birthday cake too.
Honestly the only part that bothers me about this is I keep postponing getting my toes and nails and brows done. It's been almost 4 month. My SIL can't come cause she works on the weekends and I didn't want to do it by myself. I guess I just get over it and go.
I'm chuckling over here and thought I'd share this story.
One of our SWEET elderly (I mean ELDERLY) chaplains accidentally called a 1-900 by mistake. She came to her nurse manager in tears just SUPER worried! Of course, he called us cracking up. We in HR have been laughing about it for the last half hour. Bless her heart Of course, my Director wants to call her up and ask her about the obscene phone calls she's been making this afternoon....but we don't want to give her a heart attack.
