My allergies have hit full force, so by the time that I get off of work my Rx's are starting to wear off and any amount of time outside starts to affect me. I'm fine in the mornings / afternoon. This means that after work runs are out of the question unless I want to take a second dose and stay up all night. Lose Lose.
Today is long run day (weekends have been booked solid for two months ) pollen count is high, it's raining, and the temperature is dropping rapidly. I'm looking at 10 miles on the treadmill starting in 2 hours.
I'm leaving work an hour early so hopefully the gym isn't packed and I can at least get my preferred treadmill. If I have to do 10 miles on the tread at least I'll be on one that I prefer.

I honestly can't even imagine 10 miles on a treadmill! Granted you can probably do it a lot faster than I can, but you get major points from me for doing it!

You give me far more credit than you should. I'm looking at 15 min miles in my walk run shuffle. But I have a walk run shuffle half in less than two weeks so i gotta do it.

I got thru 3.5 miles tonight and I thought it was dreadful, 10 miles sounds like torture. I hope you can watch some shows or something while your running.
