I just applied for my dream job. It would be perfect for me, great benefits, and these types of positions are very rare in my area.
I uploaded a resume w/o updating the objective, so of course it is for a different job. I want to cry. I tried to go back in but it won't let me change my uploaded documents. They will never call me, right?

Can you upload it again? Using a different email or whatever login they have, like changing a letter or middle initial? A lot of those things are not read by actual persons, but are computer search engine things. Uploading a new one, with the right objective might go unnoticed.

I wouldn't worry too much about your objective if you have the right experience! Good Luck. I hope they call you for an interview. I once sent out a massive amount of resumes and didn't realize I sent one to the wrong type of firm. They called me for an interview! They wanted to know why I was interested in their type of firm.
When I review resumes I don't care what your objective says. As long as it is somewhat related to the job and your skills are a good match I think you'll be fine. Good luck!!!
