I'm down 1.2 for a total of 9.2 in 5 weeks. My biggest accomplishment was losing at all this week. I was stuck at home alone for two full days with two sick kids and I found myself mindlessly snacking a lot because I was really frustrated. This week's challenge will be my friend's wedding on Saturday that I'm in, which will involve a lot of good food and wine. And of course Easter on Sunday.
I stayed the same for the second week in a row. Total of 28. I was really aggravated when I weighed in. Usually, after WI I treat myself to a fast food meal of some sort. But decided to not to in hopes that I can break this chain next week. For me that is a big accomplishment. I usually eat my emotions and I did not do that this time.
I'm down .5 this week, total is 5 lbs. Yesterday my period started, so I hope that is the reason for the smaller number. I hope I can keep it under control this weekend for Easter, too.
