Thank you! I'm kind of following WW. I've been doing it for a long time, so I don't really track the food. I'm just eating in moderation. Am I satisfied? Not really, but I love food and always want to eat. Lol. I'm going to up my fruits and veggies. Thx!

Don't forget protein - you need it to rebuild muscles!

Thanks everyone! I go to the gym after the kids go to bed. I can barely wake up in the morning, then I feel groggy all day. I try to limit myself to one cup of coffee and it does nothing. I'm going to try some protein before I go to bed. I go back to work in 2 weeks and I don't want to stop working out bc I can't function. Hopefully I'll start feeling good soon.
My sleeping is better than before I started working out (even though it takes longer to fall asleep). I drink a lot of water during the day, but stop at night because I'll be up all night in the bathroom. :/
How long has it been? It usually takes me a couple weeks to adjust to increased exercise levels, so hang in there.
I started about 2/3 weeks ago. I run/walk a 5k, do weights for about 20-25 minutes then 5 minutes on a vintage elliptical type looking machine. Lol. 4x a week. Maybe I should take it slower? I'm trying everyone's suggestions, hopefully I will get my energy back soon!
