Any they wonder why they're single Fox just released the trailer for its latest epic prank reality show I Wanna Marry Harry, which is about a bunch of women who think they’re going to marry Prince Harry and more importantly, become Kate Middleton’s sister-in-law. Unless they’re in on the joke. (Please let them be in on the joke.)

I just read an article in People about this show. According to the article, the girls were not in on the joke. He spent weeks "training" on things such as riding a horse to get them to believe he was really Prince Harry.
This is so sad and hilarious all at the same time. The look alike didn't really look that much like him. There was a passing resemblance if you weren't really paying attention.
During the 2000 Sydney Olympics, a woman named Mary was in a bar and met a guy who introduced himself as Fred. They hung out a while, and then eventually he revealed that he was Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark. They got married a few years later and have four kids.
And an Argentinian woman named Maxima met a guy at a fair in Spain and he introduced himself as Alexander. She's now Queen of the Netherlands.
So, moral of the story, hang out in bars rather than go on game shows if you want to meet a prince

I might be jaded from the whole ML recent debacle, but would any of these women have a case for alleging fraud after this is over? Misrepresentation? Impersonating a celebrity for personal gain? I don't know...these women are obviously pretty dumb if they believe this, but it makes me feel weird that Fox and this guy would do this to them. I kind of have second-hand embarrassment for them all.

I'm sure Fox lawyers are pretty solid on what they ask these smart ladies to sign.

I'm just skeptical of "reality shows" in general. I'd be willing to bet that they know what the deal is (on some level at least) and just want to get on TV.
Yeah the dude looks like a wierd cross of Harry and William. I just wonder at anyone dying to marry him. Even in my teens I think I would have felt like he just wasn't great husband material. I think that one's going to go the way of Prince Albert (Monaco)
I don't think anyone who goes on a reality show to find "love" is great husband material. So Prince Harry + reality show = even my teenage self would have known this was a bad, bad idea. Unless I was just looking for a good time and my 15 minutes, which some of these ladies probably are.
