I know this has been asked before, so I apologize. I contacted my insurance company yesterday and I can get either of those for free. Woo hoo! I used the PY with V and I would like to leave that one at home and leave another one a work.
I was leaning towards another PY bc I have some accessories and I know how it works and the milk in the tubing scares me with Medela. But I've read the Pisa is more efficient and easier for work. Any insight? Thanks!
I've never tried the Ameda but I had good experience with the PISA. I used it for a year and it worked well the whole time. I only replaced the tubes once. A couple times there was milk in the tubes but you can boil them in a pot of water so its not like you need to replace every time.
I never had to supplement but of course I can't say it was the pump. I may have had the same output with any pump.
This time I went for the Hygeia for a change. (they offered Hygeia, Medela or ameda) I still have my PISA which I assume will still work so I'll try both out and see which seems more powerful, then keep that one at work

I liked the Ameda but I went with the Hygeia this time. I picked it because it's another closed system, unlike the Medela. I still have the Ameda as backup.
