I have been obsessively reading articles about "earth-like planets." Like reading them & thinking about how we really need to try to get to one of these planets - even though we'd probably ruin it or it would end up like Prometheus or something. And then getting legit disappointed that space exploration like that probably won't happen in my lifetime.
Also I am starting to worry I made a mistake when I signed up to run a marathon in October. I probably should have picked a less lofty goal.
I'm taking my child to the city Easter egg hunt tomorrow even though the chocolate eggs they hide are shitty. I just really want him to win a prize like a bike or something (there's a special prize in each category).
An alumnus dropped off a box of chocolates yesterday when I was the only one in the office. They were probably meant for everyone, but they're in a not too visible location on my desk & I haven't offered any to my office mates.
I bought easter candy "for S" but it's really for me.
I also love earth like planets in the Goldilocks zone. I want to go to there. I also totally wanted Jupiter to turn into a star like in 2010. Buuut that would've been bad.
I think this is my second post here and first in over a year ...
