Mostly the same. I had a wicked 3rd/4th degree tear. The way it needed to be stitched at the time left scar tissue that hurts and rips sometimes. I really need to have a reconstruction done but the thought of starting back at the beginning and recovering again and not knowing of it will be better or worse...not something I want to do. It bothers my husband because he hurts me sometimes. I try to down play how much it hurts because I feel bad for the guy. Otherwise, inside feels the same. This has been 11 and a half years ago, all the other births are c-sections and so will this one. So, no real change from that.
It's mostly the same, I ended up with a c/s after over 2 hours of pushing. I will say some positions now are far more uncomfortable than they ever were pre-DS.
It felt weird the first couple of times we had sex after he was born. Now, there is no difference for me at all. I had just a small tear that took one stitch to fix.
Same. No difference and 1 stitch. Pushed for less than 15 minutes.

I had a csection and it feels exactly the same, which is a reason I want a rcs. I read that other thread about how long did it take to feel normal there? And the answers made me think any pain I felt from the csection was better than months of vaginal pain and not wNting sex for months
