The twin skin!! It is so, so, bad. I have a whole giant flap of stomach that hangs and it is so wrinkly. Its far worse than I ever imagined. Thw stretch marks are unlike anythjng most people have ever seen. Im not lying. Even people who have had twins or seen others with twins were shocked. I carried straight out in front and had 14lbs of baby in me.
My stomach muscles are also so.far apart that I have a hard time using my ab muscles. I will soon see a pt for that.
I also weigh a.couple pounds less now then I did when I got pregnant with the twins but none of my clothes fit.
My boobs are so, so sad, which is such BS because I breastfed/pumped for a whopping two weeks.
My weight redistributed when I was pregnant. I have more flabby belly fat now, but my legs and arms are not as chunky and I suddenly have an ass, so that's pretty cool.
Everything else is the same, but pp hair loss started last month so I am sure by the end my hair will look different somehow.
Like the people whose boobs are bigger and perky? And people who bounced back and book better PP than they did pre-preg?
She asked what’s different, not what’s worse. Now accepting submissions of things that are much better…
LOL
I pretty much look the same. No stretch marks. Back to my pre-preg weight without much effort. Breast feeding for 4/6 months each time just melted the weight off.
My boobs have always been huge, but breast feeding didn't change them that much. I want to get a reduction/life when I'm done having kids/feeding.
My totally selfish confession is that having a 3rd kid within the me t year or so kinda scares me because I'm afraid I won't be so lucky and my body will totally change. I like being able to wear a bikini dammit!
I'm definitely fatter in the tummy area, but I'm still about 7 pounds from my prepregnancy weight (breastfeeding makes me eat like a beast!).
The biggest change that I had had been high blood pressure, for which I had to be hospitalized and medicated after going home with DD. It's definitely come down, but it's still sometimes borderline high, whereas I never had a problem before.

Deflated, smaller boobs. Wider hips. Flatter ass (although DH told me it's starting to perk up again, yay). I'm at my pp weight but my stomach sticks out and doesn't look symmetrical, if that makes sense.

My hips, which were already wide, childbearing hips, appear to have gotten a bit wider permanently. And I recently discovered that pregnancy appears to have also widened my ribcage. We recently went to a wedding, and I dug out some dresses I hadn't worn since before DD. I couldn't breathe in some of them, even though I am pretty much back to pre-pregnancy weight. Even if I wasn't, there isn't much extra fat on the ribs! I was pinching, and there just isn't! So I am resigning myself to being a broad-torsoed woman forever.
Also, my knees now make this horrible, kind of crunchy sound when I walk up stairs, do squats, or really do anything that involves a mid-to-deep knee bend. I am almost 100% sure this is because of the months and months and months of bouncing I had to do with DD (as she wouldn't fall asleep without being held and bounced until she was like 6 months old). She was sick a few months ago, and we reverted to the bouncing at bedtime for a few days - and even the bouncing made it do the crunchy noise. I don't know if I wore away the cartilage or what -- I need to go have it looked at, though, because it is starting to hurt when I walk down stairs, and the sound makes my stomach turn.

I'll share a positive change. I used to have to shave my legs every day in the summer. Since dd2 the hair on my legs is just not growing as much. And it's thinner and less noticeable. I can go like a week without shaving. It's awesome.
This. Although it was the same pg so I thought maybe its just a lingering side effect. I also used to have hairs around my nipples but they haven't reappeared either.
My body basically went back to normal about 2 weeks pp. I have the same gross flabby belly I always had. I loved being pg, only time I wasn't self conscious about my stomach and didn't have to hold it in. Very sad. I still have 10 pounds to lose but I think that is on my thighs and butt.
On my fourth pregnancy and really not a lot has changed. I had wide hips and they didn't change. I wear great bras when pregnant and nursing so the boobs aren't really that saggy. My feet haven't grown because I don't swell. Actually I went from a solid 9 to an 8 and a half to 9 shoe. The only change would be the stretch marks. I am very susceptible to them. I have them from weight gain and boob growth during puberty. I have come to expect them. I don't really like how my stomach droops over the c-section scar but it really doesn't bother my husband so it doesn't bother me too much.

My hips are wider, nipples no longer inverted (or as perky ), some loose skin on my tummy, feet are half a size bigger.
I definitely don't have my pre-kids body anymore, but all the damage seemed to be done the 1st time around. Fortunately, I don't think I look any different after having baby #2.
Honestly-not a whole lot. I have a scar that goes hip bone to hip bone and a little bit more of a pooch there than I did before (my scar is right below the little "fold' line I've always had from a soft belly). I was lucky and had no stretch marks and my rib cage and hips bounced back to their original sizes by 8w PP. I will say my body's "happy" weight seems to have lowered by about 2lbs.

Hmmm this thread is depressing..
I'll try to be positive. I didn't have much change, I BF for 3 months and my boobs are the same. I weight less than pre pregnancy and have a slight tummy pooch, but only noticeable in a bikini. It could be taken care of with more toning. Otherwise I have a csection scar, no stretch marks or stretched out skin. Overall I'm pretty happy. Now im scared to have a second.
What doesn't anyone post this thread on the TTC board!?! It's too late now...but I guess we all had too many stars in our eyes to listen to the advice then.
The stomach pooch and deflated boobs I can understand, I hate it but I understand it, but why would my beautiful round ass go away??? At least it's not just me. Small comfort.
Me too. I never expected the butt thing. I was known for my bubble butt (ok, I may be exaggerating a bit ) and now it's just flat. Clothes look weird now.
My stomach is back to being flat but the skin is all wrinkly now. And of course my belly button is weird looking.

The bad: Wispy hairs, very short chunks near my forehead Peeing myself. I can't let it get to the point where I have to pee badly, because there's no holding it in, at alllllll. Vag dryness and pain with sex
The good: My boobs did sag a bit, but I like them better now. No stretch marks, and aside from a little extra squishiness, my stomach looks the same. I never had a flat stomach though. Wearing all the same clothes at pre-pg
