I cannot fault this house for much, if anything. There are parts that are nms, but I'd live in it in a heartbeat.

It's beautiful! I really like what they've done with it. 13k sq/ft is insane, though. I have rooms I almost never go in with 4400 sq/ft. For them to say all those spaces are "usable" they must host a lot. Even if I had the money, I don't think I would ever want a house that big.
