Unless PTS is at her house really often I'm with you. It sounds to me like you took it as this was going to be included with the other stuff, so i don't blame you and I'd go buy a copy and say the hell with MIL on that one.
MIL bought PTS the movie "Frozen" for Easter. She told us she was going to do this about a month ago, so I haven't bought it and I told my parents not to buy it.
Today MIL dropped off her Easter treats for the kids. She did not bring over "Frozen." "Frozen" is at her house. PTS cannot have it until PTS comes over to watch it WITH her for the first time.
I'm trying to tell this reporter-style, just the facts, because I don't know whether it's actually as fucked up as it seems to me or whether my past frustrations with MIL are causing me to see this as manipulative and sort of (from a kid's perspective) fucking mean. "Why can't I have it now?" "Can I come over tonight?" No, it's a school night. "Can I borrow it until we go over there?" Apparently not. "When is it mine?" I have no idea. I'll leave room for this being the DVD version of the $1000 glider. Discuss.
It's as fucked up as it seems. She's being so fucking passive aggressive and really fucking mean to PTS. That' awful. Get one for your house and watch it with PTS. First.

asdfjkl - that's fucked up. Buy frozen tomorrow on your lunch hour. Boom! MIL's shit is done. She is playing unacceptable mind games with one of our kids.
Yes, I think of CEP kiddos as partly mine. I know it's probably creepy.

That's totally fucked up to do to a child. I'd go buy your own copy and she can stuff hers where the sun don't shine, I mean, keep one at her house. Lol

That is beyond fucked up and mean to do to a child. Buy Frozen tomorrow, watch with PTS ASAP and tell your MIL to suck it.
