Friday - 1.5 mile run (for the first time EVER I got up, ran 10 minutes and realized i was utterly exhausted, and looped home so i could sleep another 40 minutes before work) Saturday - 92 mile bike + 6.5 mile run Sunday - 18 mile bike + 17 mile run ONE more big weekend til taper. I'm ready for that!
F: 90 min swim, 60 min run S: 6hr ride. Called it at 4:30in because of weather. Finished the last 1.5hrs on the trainer. Missed scheduled transition run because of the change S: rest. Aaaahhhhhhh.
I feel like I should be able to list my 16 mile run on Thursday because it was a solid 3 days
F: 5 mile run Sa: body pump Su: 10 miles - first 3 with DH. I almost threw in the towel after three because of my stupid toe, but it quit bothering me, so I'm glad I kept going.

Definitely!
I'm proud of you for calling it in on Friday am and getting some extra rest. You are kicking so much ass - now maintaining sanity and resting as much as possible is the ticket. Eeeeeeeeep!!
F: find a 3rm clean, then GHD raises, then row 1000m, then some crazy workout with sled drags and wall walks, then row another 1000m trying to get the same time as the first one
S: 3 12 minute metcons with 8 minutes in between. Exhausted.

F: Rest S: 8 miles. This was my longest run since the half and I struggled a bit. S: 3.2 miles. My plan had 2-4 miles at 90-100% effort, so with my impending brunch buffet in mind, I gave it everything! And I ended up with a 24:50 5K! Now, if I could just do that in a race!
F: 2000 yard swim S: yoga, 6 mile run S: 12 mile run
I have had the best runs this weekend. They were easy and they were fast. I think I've been in kind of a slump ever since the marathon and I've finally broken out of it and it feels so good.
Fri: bike: 1 hr (~17 miles) Sat: brick: 2 hr bike (~31 miles) + 22 min transition run Sun: brick: 30 min bike (~8 miles) + 1:15 transition run w/ intervals (20 min warmup, main set: :03 @ Z4, :03 @ Z2) x4, cool down Z2 until 1:15. About 7.2 miles.
I am really proud that I didn't miss a single workout at my parents' this weekend, including on Easter. I subbed a bike for a swim on Fri because I didn't have a pool, but 100% hit everything. It helped me through a tough weekend.
This was my beautiful running buddy for my t-run on Sat. and the run warmup on Sun:

I spent a large part of Friday and Sunday in the car, but I did get to meet @vtcupcake who was so nice! We did 6 miles together Saturday morning and I was so happy I got to meet her.
