Hopefully your little girl arrives soon, safe and sound. My second pregnancy was definitely worse pain wise. By the end I had a serious pregnancy waddle going on.

Maybe try squatting with your feet wide apart and sitting your butt something like a phonebook (like who has those) or a rolled up blanked to sit on. My pre-natal yoga instructor suggest that to ease hip pain.
