I finally got in to my doctor and she says that I have runners knee (funny because I don't run). Anyway, it's basically due to my exercising, the outside of my leg is getting stronger than the inside causing my knee to be "off". So I have to do exercises to strengthen the inside of my legs so I need some help remembering to do this. WLCers please stick it to me! She says if it isn't better in a month, I will need to start PT.
I've got a 3.5 year old knee injury that I never properly did the exercises for, and I still get intermittent pain because of it. If you need a knee exercise buddy, I'm in. We can harass each other until we do them:)

I'm in! What sort of exercises do you have to do. She basically told me to clench the inner thigh muscles and hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.
I need to find the PT forms from several years ago. oops! There were several exercises using bands, but most were just strength building weird leg lifts and stuff. will find them and report back!
I'm sorry rainbowchip. I have what sounds like a similar issue and used to be a runner. My patellas are dislocated and strengthening those same muscles helps. I am currently nursing an injury. The stretches really help and yoga has done wonders for me. I used to get hurt every few months and it has been over a year since I last hurt it. Maybe try yoga too? I will also be happy to nag ya

Man, I must be more tired than I thought. I just stared at the screen for a minute wondering if "nag ya" was a new kind of yoga
