I'm getting this stupid mirena out at my yearly checkup in May/June. The plan right now is to wait until January, unless we have another surprise baby!

For those of you that temp, do you notice a big difference in your temp if the time varies by an hour or 2?
The last 2 cycles I have taken my temp at different times every day. I have been waking at 3 or 4 daily and take it then. But it's never regular. Then randomly I will sleep until 5 and take it at my alarm.
FF seems ok with my temps but I'm wondering if I'm just getting wonky numbers.
Currently looking at September. We want to do a vacation this summer/fall and I am the MOH in my sister's wedding here in January so I don't want to be too huge if I happen to get pregnant the first month, so September sounded good.
Going to get this paraguard out in May/June and then maybe start trying in the winter. We've settled that in August we'll for sure decide what month to start. Dh's schedule is crazy, so we'll see.

From my experience, I think it's best if you take your temp at the same time every morning. You should also have been sleeping for at least five hours, unbroken if you can. Also, if I sleep through my alarm or forget and then end up taking it a couple hours late, I always make a note on my chart.

Well. I am not "trying" right now, but I have also throw all caution to the wind...so as my doc pointed out, if you are not preventing, you are trying.
I got my period today. So maybe "trying" in May? Maybe in June? Maybe this summer?
