First episodes are hard because you have to get SO much exposition in, and this series has more exposition than most.  Stick with it.  We are Brain Twins so I'm pretty sure you'll like it.

I am with you on this. I've watched about half the first season and I still don't like it any better. I think it was hyped so much that I was expecting something really really good.  There was one episode in particular that lost it for me (but I don't want to spoil it for anyone else). Totally jumped the shark at that point IMO.

ETA: Obviously I am in the minority on this!

Yes. She cannot play a man. Which I am okay with since she can play all the other characters and I find myself constantly having to remind myself that it really is all her.

I think it's awesome for a show to have a trans character, but Tony seemed so pointless.  He showed up, and then disappeared.  Maybe they have plans for him coming up, but for this season it kind of seemed like just a token attempt at representation that went nowhere.  And the kiss with him and Fe was just...squick.  I know he and Sarah are only foster siblings, but still!

Seriously.  And from what I've seen of that actor he might have the chops to pull it off, which seems like it would be a hard thing to do.  As it is they struck gold with Tatyana (sp?), finding two actors with that kind of range seems like pushing their luck!

Tatiana Maslany is super amazing. And I can't be the only one that was hoping for more hot Paul, right?

I am sure that Tony is going to come up again. This show doesn't introduce random clones, or at least hasn't.

I just binge watched Season 1 and 7 eps of Season 2 in a week. I've been trapped inside on my days off to have construction workers in my home and can't leave, so not much else to do. I love this show and hate that I'll have to wait until next spring for another season, assuming there is one. Must be fun for her to play so many characters.

I am excited to see this even though my good friend didn't like it.

I am first on the waiting list at our library. I'm hoping I get it before school starts. I have heard really good things about Tatiana's performance.

I really love this series and put season 2 on hold. I got season one on Friday and only have an episode left.

I'm only a few episodes in and I'm enjoying the show, but something bugs me about it. Every character is such a stereotype. The gay friend, the soccer mom, the tough cop, the German, etc. I wish the characters were a little more complex.
