Leftover ravioli, or chili. Not sure, yet! I made a huge pot of chili last night and DH was talking about it all morning. I know that's what he'll have, at least.
Oh, we also have homemade bread, so that will certainly be on my plate.

I just took out roasted red pepper and mozz sausages for tonight and chicken for tomorrow. I'll marinate it in something. We are having zucchini one night and spaghetti squash the other night to use it up.
Chicken that's been marinating in a honey garlic sauce with veggies and probably some sort of rice b/c DH can't live w/o some sort of starch.
Not sure rest of week. I need to make a sausage dish b/c I have all the stuff, but it's supposed to be balls hot. And we had chicken sausages on the grill last night.
Vent: We have to go straight to ball from work & school, so we won't be eating "dinner" until about 7:30. Ya know, the kids' bedtime. Ugh. Can't wait for the 7:30 game next week on a school night. Yes, we bring this on ourselves.

Leftover spaghetti, unless we go out since DH is working from home today. Usually he's not home till after 7. Not sure what we're doing the rest of the week.

So, tonight is Taco Tuesday!
We also have something similar, so Fishy Tuesday . I just don't know what exactly what fish.

We have DD1's Kindergarten Meet and Greet tonight, so it's leftovers. DD1 is having leftover tacos from last night and fruit, maybe a carrot stick if I can convince her to let a vegetable pass her lips. DH and I are having leftover shredded beef from last week, probably on salad. And the baby is probably having a little of both plus whatever other fruit and veg I can throw on her tray.
I have nothing planned for the rest of the week. I haven't even gone to the grocery store yet!
Back on the Fresh 20 wagon. I'm making the whole roast chicken thing tonight even though DH doesn't really like chicken. The theme is pretty Greek influenced this week and he loves Greek so I'm going to just smile and tell him it's pork . In fact, I better get on it soon, once I'm done with my 2 pm coffee, FML.
I made the mistake of deviating from my dear mega Kroger for the convenience of Meijer this morning and immediately regretted it. Yes, I got some produce for a steal and some ethnic stuff we like but two of the three meats for fresh 20 were not there. And I'm talking about fresh shrimp and chorizo, nothing crazy.
And I had to check myself out and bag my own groceries with the baby in the ergo. The horror I tell you. Kroger for lyfe.
We're going to Cleveland this weekend so I don't know what I was thinking buying all the produce for the whole week. So we'll be eating nothing but fresh 20.

We find it's just easier to plan when we have a rough structure for the week. We're free to shift things around, but if we know that we have tacos on Tuesday, a crockpot dish on Monday and pizza on Friday, we just have to decide WHAT to do, within those parameters.
