DH hasn't noticed a change in my appearance since I bleached my hair platinum blonde and added pink and purple highlights. He didn't know who I was when I walked into the house. I had to say something and wave my hand in front of his face. I say go for the Botox. You'll feel better and he'll probably never notice. . Lol! The cost really isn't that bad.
haha! I totally agree..I don't think my H would EVER notice. I feel a little guilty lying but I am pretty much ready to pull the trigger! Thanks for the push!
I actually took DH for the consult. Mine is ok as long as it makes me happy. If you take it out of your own fun money it really shouldn't be his issue. I'd talk to someone reputable and talk to your DH again. I doubt you will turn into a plastic surgery addict, but you need to look in the mirror and be happy with you. Aging is so much easier for men.
I'm in my mid 40s and don't really have wrinkles. However, my issue is more sagging skin. I think it's genetic, as my mother in her 70s isn't very wrinkled but has saggy skin.
I'm 41 next month and def have some on my forehead, a few around my moth but they're more like, smile lines. They're not terrible. I'm very self conscious about my forehead, though, and am seriously considering Botox for my birthday.
Lurker chiming in - I used the benefit gimme brow and thought it was just ok. I recently ordered this and I love it!! It has great staying power and is easy to use.

I am 38, and I have lines on my forehead, and I have the two vertical lines between my eyes. And I have fine lines under my eyes. I think I am aging pretty well. I did just get a Clarisonic and am loving it!
I have been pretty lucky wrinkle wise other than crows feet when I smile -- which is all.the.time. Seriously, if I dont smile I don't look like myself.
I feel like I take good care of my skin. Always cleansing, moisturizing, etc. I'm 42 and started doing Botox about 5 years ago for crows feet and love it. It's the only thing that seriously works for me. I do notice I may be getting some fine lines in my lower cheeks because I have a long thin face but I'm not ready for any type of filler. I am just afraid of looking too unnatural.
I love benefit porefessional to Minimize pores. And I have been using rodan and field redefine line and like it so far.
