Yes. We've had a bunch of different people from Fleet and Family come and talk to us. They have talked about Spending, Saving for retirement, financial counseling. We are working up for deployment now so the last one was all about POA and wills. Our ombudsman also had someone from squadron come out and talk to us about submarine life (in general terms, obviously) and the COB came and talked about OPSEC one time as well. I feel like they have all be interesting and informative for the most part, and most of us have been doing this for a while, but I still learned. If I can think of anything else, I'll let you know!

In addition to what the previous poster said, during this deployment we had an instructor come and teach some self-defense basics, which was interesting and useful (although hopefully no one ever has to use that knowledge!).
We've had several MFLC's come and talk about mental health, coping with stress, etc...The Red Cross did a cool summer first aid talk. We also had speakers from the local TAPS chapter talk about suicide prevention.

We have had someone from the school come and talk about getting ready for school (which for those of us without kids boring), an opsec person, a person from teh edcuation center about education benefits.
We had a lot of those same ones. We also had a city cop who came and talked about different things putting you at risk, like Facebook posts, service flags, etc. It seemed to be taken more seriously coming from a uniformed officer than a FFSC rep talking about opsec.
