Yes, when I can.
I realize that requires an explanation. I'm a distance swimmer, like ... more than 3 miles at a time, usually in ocean or lake water. This means that because of the nature of my competitions, there's no bathroom if I gotta go. Peeing while swimming is a learned art and one I can't seem to master. I can't even pee while treading water. If I wanted to go during a race, I have to stop and float, because otherwise I just can't relax enough (LOL). Obviously, floating is an undesirable thing during a swim race. So sometimes when I'm doing laps in the pool, if I've REALLY gotta pee, I'll spend a couple lengths trying to relax everything enough to let things go. 98% of the time, I fail miserably. Honestly, I'm usually really proud of myself if I can make it happen, but then the next time I try, I fail again. So there it is. I am actively in training to be able to pee while swimming.

I expect an invite to all the pool parties. I DO NOT PEE IN POOLS. And a huge WTF to all the pool peeing defenders. Urine is not equivalent to sweat and body oil.
