I don't think it would hurt, although are you temping or checking CM? FF likes info so if you're just entering CD1 and BD, it's only going to guess your O date based on a typical cycle. Temping for a while (if you're not already, sorry I'm blanking on any previous posts) gives you the best information because it shows if and when you are ovulating (although sometimes like in my case, temps get weird and it's a little hard to pinpoint a date). My doctor didn't really ask about specifics in my charts, just asked if it appeared that I was ovulating based on temping, so depending on your doctor they may not even look at them.

I don't think it could hurt to move it to FF, if nothing else you will at least see if your cycles are a consistent length and also look for patterns in terms of how you're timing sex.
You'll probably get a few different answers on this, but for me, if you don't know when you ovulated, I think all the doctor is going to want to know about those cycles is how long they were. I'm just starting FF/charting this month too, so you've got a buddy.
