if you know any service members who will be ETSing or retiring soon, send them the link provided! My DH is retiring next year. He's completed the Army's ACAP classes. He learned a little bit (maybe) from the program, he was still not sure what direction he wanted to head.
He applied to and was accepted into the second cohort of the Leveraging Military Leadership Program. He attended the weekend workshop in mid-June and he came home excited, for the first time, to launch the next phase of his career.
The group of forty participants ranged in rank from E-4 to O-8, active duty and reserves. The program is open for all to apply.
One of the participants made the following comment: "ACAP helps you find A job. LMLP helps you fine THE job."
The program has been a great experience for my DH and will make a big difference, IMO, regarding the quality of position that he gets after he leaves the military.
