Nordstrom Sale: What are you eyeing?

Any must haves from this year's sale?

Kut from Kloth jeans... have several pairs already but want some for vacation that aren't faded. The grey animal print heels. The dark green NYDJ moto jeans. A royal blue Eliza J dress that was in the plus size catalog. And a dark flower print scarf.

Scarves are a good idea, I'd love a floral. I think I might get some earrings, but otherwise I didn't see a ton that I have to have.

I didn't see much in the catalog but I watched that speedy photoshoot video and some things I saw caught my eye (like the the leopard print slip ons) and some sweaters and shoes. I may get a coat and I always get my kids stuff.

I haven't looked very hard, mostly because I HATE using "online magazine" formats. Turning virtual pages drives me batty.

I never received a catalog in the mail

A few things caught my eye in the virtual catalog like the KS Elle earrings. I can't remember what else though.

Not much - the Halogen Love sweater in hot pink, the cobalt blue Eliza J dress in the plus size catalog and a few accessories. I got an appointment with a stylist on Sunday since they offered me $50 towards my purchases - figure I will spend that much anyway so mine as well take advantage of the deal!

Me either! I have my eye on the KS earrings as well since I haven't taken the plunge yet. I went through the online catalog and noted item #'s that I want, but nothing crazy. I will still go in store Thursday evening though.

All I really *need* are some new riding boots because I threw aways my old SM Intyce ones just to force myself to have to buy some new ones this year.

No.  I had them forever.  And they were starting look like it.  The toes looked so scuffed even after I had them polished.  Then when they got back from being polished they weren't even the cognac color.  So it's just time for a new pair of boots.

How does early access to the sale work? Do they send you a link or can you just login with your card/account? I just got a card so I've never done early access before.

There's about 5 pairs of tall boots I'm going to order. Hopefully 1 or 2 will work.

But I always have such a hard time buying fall/winter stuff in July.

I bought these last year and in once season they started to look so worn and i didn't even wear them daily. They don't hold up all that well, but I still love thema nd will wear them again as long as I can ride them out.

Me too. I like the grey and white, but I already have white earrings, so I'm getting grey as well.

yup, elles are little! (it's easy to remember, the smaller versions are shortened named...like the skylar spears are the bigger arrowheads, the skye's are small.  alexandria is the bigger moroccan-ish ones, alex are the small).

I'm eyeing the Danielle Nicole laser cut satchel and the leopard print Nikes. I'll probably grab a pair or two of the KS earrings. It looks like all of the regular colors are on sale since the bottom pair in the online catalog shows all of the normal colors on sale.

July 18th is when the sale starts for everyone else.  They always have stuff on sale that isnt in the catalog. Since they now have preview shopping a lot of the popular items sell out before the sale opens to the public.  The shoes I wanted last year sold out within the first hour of the presale

Kut jeans are awesome. I like jeans that are a thick demin and don't have a lot of stretch and that is how most of their jeans are. The Diana skinnies which are on the anniversary sale are more of a legging but look really nice dressed up or down. They usually have them year round but they took them off the website because they are part of the sale.  I also just realized that Macys carries them - I just order these Dianas (different color than I have) and they fit amazing... and they are 20% off with a macys coupon.
