TMI ALERT!!!!

I haven't had a period in over 4 years thanks to my IUD.  I do spot occasionally when I am stressed, but it is usually not even enough to show up on my undies.  I just see it when I use the restroom.  I must have been very stressed and spotting this month because Jerry thought I was dying when he did the laundry!  I didn't notice, but it made it onto my panties and he was horrified, lol.  I just toss them into the laundry and change into my workout clothes without ever looking.

He thought something was really wrong with me.  Poor guy.
