So I'm looking for a solid pair of jeans and I'm overwhelmed.
Things I am Looking for:
1). Mid-rise, I need something to accommodate my c-section tummy. 2). Accommodate curves. I am about a size 12 and hippy. 3). A little bit of pocket detailing. 4). Something that doesn't stretch out in an afternoon. I hate my gap and old navy jeans for this very reason. They fit great out of the wash, but an hour later they are sagging. 5). Price, ideally I'd like to spend $70-$100, but it's negotiable if it will make my ass look good and they don't stretch.

I am similar shape/size and have recently discovered the Express Mia. I've had to order online, but the rise is great and they work for my hips/booty. They do stretch, so I recommend sizing down.
My answer is always paige. Always. They often have them on ale on 6pm.com or zulily.
Yes this. Paige rocks for curves. I've had 2 c/s and have the same tummy issues you have I'm also looking for new jeans and my gal at Nordys pulled several pairs from the pre-sale, I'm going on Friday woot woot! I've found post kids that I just have to pay more for jeans that really fit the way that I want them to fit.
What style of leg are you looking for? I love Lucky's Easy Rider. It's a mid- rise, but slopes a bit lower in the front and goes higher in the back. I usually have a problem with waist to thigh ratio, and the dreaded gap in the back. These don't do it. I'd describe the leg as straight. They are available in three lengths. I'm 5'4" with legs on the shorter side, so I opt for the 30".
I recommend curvy fit from loft, Ann Taylor and talbots. I haven't tried any others since these are the only ones I know truly works for a curvy body type.

Good luck.
Oh the Places You'll Go! *i am here*
I prefer a skinny bootcut when I can find it. I don't like it to start flaring out too far up. I also like skinny and straight, I'm flexible.
