I got an email from Tumi this morning about a sale where some of their items (last season, I guess) are 60% off PLUS another 20% off the sale price.
Back in April I was in the store, looking for a wallet for my husband, and I saw this cute bag. It caught my eye because it was green, but I had JUST bought a Michael Kors purse (which I love) in a similar color. This one, though, had a laptop sleeve, making it a classier alternative for my casual Timbuk2 messenger.
It was $395. Today it was $165. BUT WAIT. The extra 20% brought it to $132. This is totally my MM find of the month. I would spend $132 on a lot less than a Tumi business bag/purse! I love that it can double as a decent looking purse if I want to go out to lunch or dinner/drinks right after work.
The store didn't have it in stock (I stopped by to see if I could check it out again in person), but they ordered it for me (so they can get the commission, I'd prefer that) and the sales woman was SHOCKED when she brought up the price (even the initial $165) and kept saying it was a great price for that bag.
So if you are in the market for anything Tumi, there are deals on a TON of products. A lot of them are limited, seasonal colors, but they're nice colors, too, if you're into that.
