If you want any packing/organizing tips, there are a few threads about it, and we could probably all give more. Personally, I much prefer packing myself to the idea of having someone else do it for me.

If you have time, would love some links. Thank you!
My tips: Make a list of all cagetories of stuff, not just "kitchen" but "dishes, pots and pans, appliances" and pack categories, not rooms. My current list reads like this:
knicknacks picture frames clothes (keep out 3 weeks' worth) linen closet (keep out 1 weeks' worth) DVDs/Cds (keep out any you'll use on your drive) Kid books (keep out most favorite) Our books (keep out a couple) Office supplies (keep out bare necessities--computer paper, pens, pencils, envelopes, stamps, notebook) etc.
Every time you pack something, choose a category and gather it all together. If you need two boxes, fine, but try to keep things according to categories. This is something the kids can help with, esp. D. He can help take pictures off the wall, bring you newspapers to wrap, etc.
Have a basket of packing supplies, which have sharpies (multiple, you WILL lose at least one), masking tape, packing tape, scissors, and various sizes of ziploc bags.
What day are you leaving for Chicago? We may make it to Columbus around 9pm-ish on the 1st.
We're leaving on the 2nd, and probably somewhat early. My MIL's bus gets there at 7 a.m. so she'll be just hanging around Union Station until we get there. If you wanted to come over for a couple of hours the evening of the 1st, you'd be welcome.

We did most of it during nap or bed time. A lot lot lot of late nights and a crap load of garbage that we threw out. Our 2 bedroom was pared down and packed into ~50 boxes plus 15 various sized bags which we carried on/checked on the flight.
I'll leave this here. I found it on one of the used boxes that we got to pack with.

I'd give up for now and do it next week when you can have the house to yourself. There are times when I'm working on a task and get so frustrated that I'm counterproductive. Give it up and come back to it later and it'll be much better. For now, drink.
