Natalie has a fever She's been tired and cranky all evening. I don't know what else is bothering her, but I really hope it's nothing and gone by morning.
In top of that, Nolan is teething and wants me to hold him while he sleeps. H is working tonight and tomorrow night so it's just me. It really sucks having him work nights sometimes.
I'm sorry. I totally understand. I hope you all feel better soon.
We had our offer accepted on the house. Fingers crossed that the inspection comes back clean and there are no hiccups along the way. We might actually have the keys before the baby arrives!
Good luck! Did you ever say which one you picked? (If you did I'm sorry because I missed it)
We actually went with the smaller one. We took a tape measure and made sure all of our furniture would fit, so it just made more immediate sense to go with the move-in ready place. If we didn't have a baby due in 6 weeks, we totally would have taken the fixer-upper on, but right now, not the time...
DH has promised that we can buy a total hunk of junk, erm, historic property loaded with charm and potential one day so I can renovate to my hearts content!
sometimes stormy days come at the perfect time... we have been going nonstop for months. this afternoon, I was caught up on schoolwork, we took a nap, stayed in PJs, hung out and did nothing. It has been so long since we did this and it was perfect!
Someone took a picture of me this weekend where my side eye almost rivals charlielove, but I can't post it because I'm not the only one in it and I don't want alter the photographer's work.

You realize that you must crop now. Immediately.
Doesn't that piss off photographers? Or did I make that up?
Also, jamaicam...are you familiar with Don Carlos and the Dub Vision band? They are opening the show and then Shaggy is performing. It wasn't me!
Never heard of them! But shaggy should be good fun. Random fact, According to our newspapers this morning, shaggy got married this weekend.
I'll report back, of course. I'm hoping they are good so I can add some new music to my rotation. Although The Scientis.t notoriously puts me to sleep.
We fly back to Boston tomorrow and I'm praying this means we go back to normal sleep. The 2 hour time change has been a killer - E has been up for the day at 4:30 AM every single day. Everyone is so freaking tired.
