So far so good for me. I have been eating healthier low cal meals so I can splurge on snacks. I hope to keep up this momentum, the work days can be harder for me bc I get bored.
I looked up the winning percentages of the last wlc and if I lost that percentage I would be at my wedding weight! I have a hard time believing I can do that this quickly, but I like seeing that some people can, it is motivating to me.
I ordered a fit bit Friday night.

Good luck with piyo! That may be my step two of this, if I can't get in shape on my own.
I agree about it being so expensive. It is frustrating. And healthy stuff expires quickly not like the cheap delicious pop tarts!
I've also been drinking a ton of water to try and fill up!
I had a bad day yesterday, was fine until dinner but we went to friends and they made a dessert so I feel like I have to eat some or it would be weird? I don't know how to deal with those situations. Then I had two beers as well so I was well over for calories
Today I've been great though! At a kids party and I didn't even have cake! There was pizza but I just had one slice and a ton of carrots from the snack tray. And they weren't serving any alcohol so that was good too. I mean good and bad haha
No exercise today except I did bounce in a bouncy castle for about five minutes then my legs were sore lol
We had friends over this weekend, so things are not off to a great start, I'm hoping I can recover and get serious. I looked up the percentages too and I would have to lose a lot to win based on the last challenge. I don't lose weight quickly in general, so this challenge will probably just keep me feeling accountable. I have jogged every day though, so that is positive!

Can I bug you with some WW questions? I started about a month ago, lost 8 pounds in the first two weeks. Then only maybe one pound the next week. I got discouraged and we went on vacation, so stopped tracking for a bit. I want to get back on it, but I am thinking maybe they are giving me too many points for nursing? Did you ever cut back on the points they gave to continue losing? Did you eat all of the weekly points they give?

When Carson started eating solids also, I adjusted it for "part time breast feeding" or whatever it's called. You get 7 extra points instead of 14. I tried to eat minimal amts of the weekly points as well.

No nooo, I like eating too much lol. It's one meal a day. I swap it for breakfast... Unless I'm working at j&j. Then I take it to my shift. Otherwise I shovel auntie Annie's pretzel bites and cheese sauce in like it's my job.
If there is fruit in the pancakes it counts as healthy right?
I'm doing ok, but nursing just makes me a crazy hungry person. I made much better choices at the store this week though. So at least if I feel the need to eat it hasn't been Oreos or brownies.
Yeah nursing makes me hungry. I've decided if I go over on calories/ still hungry it's ok if I'm eating decent foods
My big weakness is sweets- cake ice cream brownies etc. With nursing I have no control so if I have any I will just eat a ton like four brownies or something. Best if I just avoid but it's hard because well yum

I didn't have a problem with the fruit adding weight to me BUT I know I have talked to others who have, so they tried to keep it in check, or counted it for a point or two through the day

Yesterday I finished Abby's flatbread from Chili's and then looked it up. Oops. And today I'm going over a bit but not too bad. True blood night = popcorn. I have zero free time to exercise, but once H and I adjust to me working nights I'll sign up for the gym to at least squeeze in some time after work.

I've had a rough start with the in-laws in town and going out to dinner, but I plan to stay within my calories today and hopefully do well the rest of the week!

I was, but C is too freakin fussy for me to worry too much about dieting right now. I have cut milk and cheese and obvious dairy though, and I lost a lot doing that with G (though I was more strict). I'll probably start it again once I am getting better sleep and have a somewhat chiller child. Lol

They say it's normal actually to lose 1-2 lbs a week on weight watchers. Usually you lose a lot the first week or so but that is mostly water weight. So sounds like you were doing everything right! For me is usually lose big the first week then like .6 the next week then maybe 1.5-2 the week after that. And fruit is free for a reason so I really wouldn't worry about eating too much of it. I used to go to meetings and the leader would say nobody got fat eating bananas lol.

shakeology is actually filling. It's the first shake I've ever had that fills me up and keeps me satisfies until the next meal.
