I've eaten a bunch of crap, but I ran 4 miles yesterday and today I carried one or both of my children the entire day while running around with my nephews. If they sleep, I might try to run on the treadmill but I am not sure if I even have the strength to. I will be eating better though during the week.
I started piyo yesterday. Today I did upper and lower body strength. Also I did clean eating last week and will continue to do the same this week. We are doing fresh 20 for dinner this week too.
At work I can easily down 80 ounces of water in a 8 hour day but at home I have a hard time. My co-worker who is a body builder said that lots and lots of water is the key to losing weight.
I think the clean eating helped me because I thought I have gotten this far I can continue. We will see. I still want all the yummy things though.
I went over by 152 calories, but I think I lowered them too much. I think I need to bring them up maybe to 1400. I still need to eat better than I did this weekend though.
New here and joining in for the support as I try to shake the last 10 lbs of baby weight. I forgot I was supposed to be making better choices and I was so hungry when I got home from the store I shoved in some leftover blueberry crisp. Oops. But I did go to power vinyasa yoga and I'm roasting veggies and fish for dinner. I need to drink more water.
For you MFP users...what is your calorie distribution like? Do you eat most of your calories in snacks, or at breakfast? Mine are fairly evenly distributed. Is say snacks and dinner are each about 30% and breakfast and lunch are both about 20%. What does your breakdown look like?
Add me to the starting tomorrow crowd. It was a boozy feast-filled weekend. Party Friday night, birthday party Saturday afternoon, cookout Saturday night, boozy brunch then World Cup with friends then dinner at other friends' today. Exhausted and bloated...and a bit buzzed.

Mine looks pretty even today, approx 500 for each meal then 300 in snacks
Yesterday dinner was 1100 though because I had dessert. Peach cobbler with ice cream. Dessert is a lot of calories

Super late to this but I don't think I had a great weekend. We had festivals so I did a lot of walking and pushing the stroller and chasing kids but I also ate crap. I didn't even really track my food so I don't know how bad it is. I did turn on run keeper at the car show to track my walking. That map looked hilarious!
I am jkfranklin13 on mfp. I don't think I can find people on my phone.
