I missed today. I'm having a really hard time mentally lately; I've been feeling depressed and I'm not eating as healthfully as I want/need to be. I want to get out of this funk so badly.
30 minute run/walk 3 on, 1 off. Tomorrow I move to 4 on 1 off. Oh and on today's short run I almost needed a pants person, OMG, I don't know what I would have done if I was doing a longer run.
