That sounds like a lot of downsides for more potential for advancement. I'm assuming they have jobs for both of you in the new location?
I personally would need something more than the one time bonus that will likely barely cover moving expenses because you also have to consider sales commission, carrying costs for however long your home sits on the market, expense of renting over owning (lack of equity building you get now), etc.

My DH took a lateral move a year ago to come to California, because where we lived there was no opportunity for him to advance. They did pay relocation, however. We had to sell our house and I had to quit my amazing job. It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, because we love living here and have had a wonderful year. We still haven't made a lot of friends, which is the biggest challenge. If I had to do it again, I think we'd still make the same decision. DH will probably be approached for a promotion in the next 6 months, and then we may buy a house, but we are renting for now.
I think if I were you I would seriously consider it, if you are wanting to advance your careers. However, there are some major downsides to consider.
Can you stay at this job, but apply for promotions at the new location? I'd want a certain promotion for at least one of us before packing up and moving far from family and a place you really like.

Are there opportunities for career advancement and new jobs at different companies? If so, I would evaluate staying where you live but moving to different companies.
I like my life where it is more than I am loyal to my employer. The move sounds like it has quite a bit of downside for only potential upside. Do you have or want kiddos ? If so, being farther from family would be hard.
I hate loving so far from family, we miss out on so much. I also hate long commutes, so that makes me dislike the new job. I would probably express interest for a promotion in your current jobs. I don't think there is enough upside to move.
A few questions that would influence my decision. Cost of living where you are now and where you would be moving? Cultural and entertainment options in new city.
I have moved many times for work. The first move was definiteky the hardest as it was the first time I would be a plane ride away from my family. It was worth it for both the professional and personal opportunities it afforded me.
Moving for career growth is good but not if it comes with a ton of negative personal stuff.
