I also buy the DVD/Blu-ray/Digital. I don't buy a ton of movies anymore so the ones I do buy usually come with this option. I wish they would just throw in a free digital copy with every hard copy. I like having the physical DVDs because I really enjoy the commentaries and special features and you don't get that when you buy digital only. It sucks. I also like having a French dub option (disney dvds have this) for Audrey later.
We buy DVDs and haven't even contemplated the digital copies to be honest. Most places we go have free wifi so we just stream movies or shows from netflix, and we have yet to find a movie to hold B's attention. He only watches Daniel Tiger, and will tolerate Sesame Street occasionally.

Just order Canadian copies! (For the French that is)

We also buy the Bluray/DVD/digital combos.
You can choose languages with your digital copies?

That I'm not sure of. I think most DVDs/Blurays come with French. I'll take a look at one. @skiethelimit might know more, Quebec might have more French options.

Yeah they do here too. I was just saying that's why I prefer buying the hard copy because I've never seen an audio option on digital copies.
I dvr pretty much whatever movies are on the Disney channel, I have a bunch of them on there. Poor h wanted to switch providers and he was like but the we'll lose all the movies on the dvr! I bought a few DVDs like frozen, etc. I got a few of them at target a few months ago when they had them all on sale. But most of the Disney ones are too expensive for me so we get them from the library. We try to get the digital copies when we can but usually they cost more. We have frozen and that is all she wants to watch right now anyway.
We hardly ever buy movies. It has to be something we absolutely loved or like $7 or less lol. I can't even remember the last movie I bought for myself. We have bought B some Thomas and Baby Einstein DVDs but that's about it in the last few years.
