Just relaxed and enjoyed watching tv and eating whenever I wanted (babies are little devil monsters who know when you're about to eat and will insist they eat first while your good is cold)
Made sure the house was comfortably clean and the fridge was stocked
Haha, all I remember is when I had my induction date set I ate whatever the hell I wanted for the next week, got totally constipated and then shit my guts out on the birthing table. Fond memories of pregnancy....
Pedi, mani & get your eyebrows & roots done on Friday night. Make yourself look & feel your best before the baby comes
Saturday- sleep late go to breakfast/ brunch, go to a movie swim if you have a pool, play cards or board games if you like to do that.
Sunday - sleep more then go shopping someplace with tiny stores & lots of breakables. Buy something special for yourselves ( a keepsake ) nap go to dinner at an " adult " restaurant & go to bed early.

In addition to pedi and a nice night out, I'd get my hair cut/highlighted, schedule the cleaners for while I'm in the hospital, make sure the house is stocked with easy to grab snacks since people will likely bring you meals, and get any projects or organizational stuff completed.
I agree with PPs; sleep, go to a movie (this is one of the things we haven't been able to just bring him along for) and maybe go out for a later dinner- we still take DS out to eat, but we go earlier. Just relax and enjoy some couple time!

Definitely manicure and pedicure! I never get them but I just happened to the day before my surprise induction and I remember looking at my fingers and toes while I was pushing and they cheered me up lol.
I'm so glad you posted this! We have really been trying to take advantage of our last weekends of just us, so I love seeing these suggestions! We got a couples massage this weekend, watched movies and just vegged out, went to the pool, and ate out a few times. Next weekend we are planning on golf and a nice dinner. And to sleep as late as we can!
I was told at an appointment on a Thursday that I would be induced the following Monday. So we had three-ish days and we packed them as full as possible! We took a daytrip to a small touristy town nearby, walked through all the nice shops with the breakable antiques (lol,) spontaneously got a hotel there and lounged by the pool, hit up the botanical gardens, movies, and a few other things I've now forgotten.
Basically, I figured I'd be fairly homebound with a newborn for a little bit, so I stayed out of the house as much as possible. The night before my induction I took the longest bath ever, mostly because I had to contort my giant body like a pretzel to shave all the bits I wanted to shave. Then I laid around and couldn't sleep because I was so excited to meet my baby!
Then get a mani-pedi and wander through a few of your favorite stores/galleries just for fun.
Ask your H to fully stock the kitchen with all kinds of yummy food, snacks, easy to heat, easy to eat stuff.
If possible, arrange a cleaning service to deep clean the house right before you deliver.
ETA: we went on a date with some of our best friends the night I went into labor with #3. It was so fun and so lovely and I remember it with such fondness. I indulged in a large glass of wine, we went home and had sex, and then ctxs started 90 min later ?

I agree with everyone about getting your hair done. I couldn't get in with my hair stylist before my shower but had a date set up before edd. And I have the worst roots of all times in my hospital pictures.

As a c/s mom, I advise eating fiber whenever you can this week and making sure you have colace ready. I was not prepared for how the surgery shuts you down for several days.
Buy a girdle. I wished I had one for after my section and had to wait till I got home to get one. It made me feel better about walking around because it took away that "my guts are going to spill out" feeling so well.
I can't remembery our story, are you having placenta issues? I had placenta previa then vasa previa, which is why I had the scheduled c section. All ended up okay besides not having sex the majority of the pregnancy.
We said we were going to the movies, and we didn't. I wish we had - we haven't been now since I was 15 weeks pregnant. My last non-pregnant weekend was Thanksgiving weekend, so we just got everything cleaned up/put away, finished her nursery, spent time with family, and slept.
